If I am a state employee and want to apply for jobs at home, do I need to create a new account? 
No. Please login using your regular ID and password.  If you need the link, please go to NEATS and you can find the internal link on your homepage. All state employees already have an account that was established.  Creating another account may result in not being properly considered for promotional recruitments.  Please note that currently, in order to get complete access your internal account from home, you will need to use the Single Sign On (SSO) login method.

    I am a current state employee interested in transferring. I see an announcement for my current job title. What should I do?
    If you are interested in a transfer, the most effective avenue is to contact the hiring agency directly (the Department and Division will be listed on the job announcement) and express your interest. You can also submit an application for the open position.
